Qira is a New York-based financial platform built for residential property managers. It brings security deposits, deposit alternatives, rent payment processing, Pay Later flexible rent, and automated move-out claims into one system that syncs with major property management software and handles compliance across all 50 U.S. states. Formed in October 2021 by the merger of Rentigo and HelloRented, Qira aims to protect owner cash flow while smoothing the money side of renting for residents.
