Founded in 2013 by former McKinsey consultants Zoe Pointon and Marta Higuera, it analyses every property sale in Australia and pairs that data with human consultants to give sellers a free, personalised shortlist of local agents. The service is free for homeowners and monetises through referral fees paid by agents on successful sales, and it also runs free consumer tools such as OpenEstimates, property reports and suburb profiles used by more than two million visitors a year.
Prosperty
Prosperty is a Greek proptech company that digitizes the full real estate lifecycle - buying, selling, renting and managing property - through an end-to-end, tech-enabled platform. Founded in Athens in 2020, it combines property data, virtual tours, drone imagery, legal and technical checks, mortgage support and portfolio management tools to serve both individual consumers and institutional players such as banks, asset managers and developers. Its B2C platforms draw over 800,000 monthly visitors and host more than 12,000 active listings, and in April 2025 it closed a EUR 5.5M Series A led by Eurobank, which took a 25% stake in Prosperty RE Ltd.
Bowery Valuation
Bowery Valuation is a technology-enabled commercial real estate appraisal firm that pairs an in-house team of appraisers with proprietary, cloud-based software to deliver faster, more accurate property valuations. Founded in 2015 by former appraisers Noah Isaacs and John Meadows along with CTO Cesar Devers, the company automates data collection, comparable-sales research, and report formatting so appraisers can spend more time on judgment and less on busywork. Bowery serves banks, lenders, and institutional investors nationwide across all 50 states.
