COLABS
COLABS is a flexible workspace and community platform that provides fully serviced offices, coworking space, and back-office support for startups, scaling companies, and enterprise teams. Founded in Pakistan in 2019 by twin brothers Omar and Ali Shah, it operates more than 500,000 square feet across 10+ locations serving over 5,000 members, and in April 2026 opened a 4,000-square-meter flagship campus in the Al-Narjis district of northern Riyadh to anchor its expansion into Saudi Arabia.

Spacesforce (Chinese: 空间原力) is a Chengdu-based SaaS and IoT company building a data-intelligence platform for commercial real estate. Its cloud software connects leasing operations, project management and asset management so that landlords, office-building operators and coworking brands can run their space digitally rather than on spreadsheets. Founded in 2018 by Columbia-trained Donglai Du and NYU-trained Mike Zhang, the company helps traditional developers modernize how they track occupancy, tenants and building performance.
Codi
Codi is a San Francisco startup rethinking the office for hybrid work. It began by offering private, fully serviced, turnkey offices on short leases - a flexible alternative to WeWork-style co-working and traditional multi-year commercial leases - and has since expanded into an AI-powered platform that automates office management tasks like cleaning, pantry restocking, and vendor coordination. Founded in 2018 by Christelle Rohaut and Dave Schuman, Codi has raised roughly $23 million, including a $16 million Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz.
