Russ Wallace
Russ Wallace is the co-founder and CEO of Freestyle, a Santa Monica baby-care brand rebuilding the diaper aisle for modern parents. A recovering NYU-trained lawyer who traded courtrooms for supply chains, he cut his operating teeth scaling Hello Bello past a $100M run rate before teaming up with Cameo co-founder Mike Constantiner. Freestyle's tree-free, bamboo-core diapers launched online in 2022 and now sit on shelves at Target, Walmart, and Whole Foods, riding roughly 400% year-over-year growth and a fresh $10M Series A.
Anna McGrane
Anna McGrane is co-founder and CEO of PacerPro, a San Francisco legal-tech company that turns the clunky federal court records system, PACER, into clean, automated workflows used inside nearly half of the Am Law 100. A former international lawyer who practiced securities law in Moscow and energy regulation in Beijing, she speaks five languages, read her first legal brief at twelve, and walked away from the law-firm track in 2014 to build software with her brother. She is a Fastcase 50 honoree and a Women of Legal Tech honoree.
Phantila Phataraprasit
Phantila Phataraprasit is the co-founder and CEO of Sabai Design, a direct-to-consumer sustainable furniture company she launched in 2019 with Caitlin Ellen. Raised in Bangkok around her mother's eco-lodges and trained as a lawyer at NYU, she set out to prove that earth-friendly furniture could also be affordable. Sabai builds made-to-order sofas from recycled fabrics and FSC-certified wood, ships them plastic-free, and pioneered the first closed-loop furniture program in the U.S. - work that earned a Fast Company World Changing Ideas award and made Phantila the youngest member of the Sustainable Furnishings Council board.
