Thomas Schiavone
Thomas Schiavone is a San Francisco startup operator who has spent his career on the bottoms-up, developer-first side of software. He was the first product manager at Twilio (around employee #15), went on to be COO at EasyPost and VP of Product at Sift, advised at Netlify, then founded and ran the SaaS CRM startup Calixa. He now leads Courier, the developer-first notifications platform that lets engineering teams design and deliver email, SMS, push, and chat through one API.
Mathias Biilmann Christensen
Mathias (Matt) Biilmann Christensen is a Danish-born entrepreneur who went from music journalist to Silicon Valley CEO. He co-founded Netlify in 2014, coined the term 'Jamstack' that reshaped modern web development, and most recently introduced 'Agent Experience (AX)' — the idea that software must be designed not just for humans but for the AI agents that increasingly act on their behalf. Netlify now serves 35 million+ websites and raised $212M total including a $105M Series D in 2021.
KP
Karthik Puvvada - universally known as KP - is the Head of Community at Netlify and the de facto face of the Build In Public movement. After waiting 12 years to found his own company due to visa constraints, he built and scaled programs that have helped 500+ founders across 68 countries. He hosts the Build In Public Podcast (top 10% globally), has championed 150+ Product Hunt launches, and evangelizes radical founder transparency as both a philosophy and a growth strategy.

Sarah Drasner is a Senior Director of Engineering at Google, where she leads the Core Developer Web Infrastructure powering Search, YouTube, Gmail, and Workspace. A rare hybrid of fine artist turned technologist, she spent 15+ years shaping how the web moves - as a Vue.js core team member, staff writer at CSS-Tricks, creator of the Night Owl VS Code theme (used by millions), and author of both 'SVG Animations' (O'Reilly) and 'Engineering Management for the Rest of Us'. Before Google, she was VP of Developer Experience at Netlify and a Principal Lead at Microsoft Azure. She is an award-winning speaker, teacher on Frontend Masters, and co-organizer of ConcatenateConf, a free conference for Nigerian and Kenyan developers.
