Mark Balovnev
Mark Balovnev is the CEO of CYRISMA, a Rochester, New York cybersecurity risk-management platform built for MSPs and MSSPs. A serial founder who wrote his first line of code at nine and dropped out of business school at eighteen, he scaled the digital-credentialing company EduChain to more than 1.5 million users and a private-equity exit, co-founded the non-human identity security firm Vantyr, and took the top job at CYRISMA in January 2025 just after the company closed a $7 million growth round. He describes his work as operating in the gap between technical complexity and business urgency.
Scott McCrady
Scott McCrady is the founder and CEO of SolCyber, a Dallas-based managed security services provider that emerged from stealth in July 2021 with a $20 million Series A led by ForgePoint Capital. An engineer by training with more than two decades in networking and cybersecurity, McCrady previously ran Symantec's global MSSP business and built out FireEye's Global MSSP and System Integrator business before launching SolCyber to bring enterprise-grade managed security to the mid-market.

Mike Promotico is the President and CEO of ProTelesis Corporation, a San Diego-based managed IT services provider he has helped build into a West Coast powerhouse over 37+ years in telecommunications. Starting as a principal at INet Corp in 1987 and helping grow it into one of North America's largest Mitel resellers, Promotico has spent three decades bridging the gap between traditional telecom and modern IT - co-founding Technology Assurance Group, leading Standard Tel Networks, and ultimately guiding ProTelesis through eight strategic acquisitions including the 2025 cyber-physical convergence play with Amer-X Security.
