Jonathan Chao is the co-founder of Haven, a mortgage servicing technology platform built to engage the 53 million U.S. homeowners with a mortgage. A UC Berkeley applied-math grad who started his career as an actuary, he became one of the earliest employees at Credit Karma, led consumer product at Plaid, then launched Haven in 2020. He served as CEO through the company's $8M Series A before stepping into the Chief Product Officer seat in 2023 to focus on the product he set out to build. He was named a 2024 HousingWire Rising Star.
RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC is a non-bank mortgage servicer and subservicer founded in 2007 and headquartered in Fort Mill, South Carolina. It manages the day-to-day life of residential mortgages - collecting payments, running escrow, handling modifications and hardship relief - and offers third-party subservicing to investors and lenders. Authorized to service in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands, RoundPoint became a wholly owned subsidiary of Two Harbors Investment Corp. (NYSE: TWO) in 2023.

William 'Bill' Greenberg is a theoretical-physicist-turned-financier who runs Two Harbors Investment Corp (rebranded 'Two'), the mortgage REIT whose in-house servicing engine is RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC. He holds a PhD in theoretical nuclear physics and has spent 25+ years managing structured-finance portfolios at Natixis, UBS and the Swiss National Bank's StabFund before joining Two Harbors in 2012 and becoming CEO in 2020. He pushed the company to bring mortgage servicing in-house by acquiring RoundPoint in 2023, then steered the firm through a high-profile 2025-2026 takeover battle that ended with UWM Holdings agreeing to buy the company.
