Daniel Wagner
Daniel (Dan) Wagner is a medical device and biotechnology executive who leads Otolith Labs, the Washington, DC company building the OtoBand, a non-invasive wearable that uses patented non-invasive Vestibular Resonance Therapy (nVRT) to address chronic vertigo. With more than two decades of commercial experience spanning 60-plus countries and roles at Spark Biomedical, Olympus Corporation, HeartSciences and Signature Biologics, Wagner advised Otolith for over five years before joining full-time as Chief Commercial Officer in 2024 and now serves as Chief Executive Officer, steering the company's go-to-market strategy toward a planned market launch.
Otolith Labs
Otolith Labs is a Washington, D.C. medical device company building the first wearable to treat vertigo, motion sickness and virtual-reality sickness. Its patented non-invasive Vestibular Resonance Therapy (nVRT) uses precisely tuned bone-conduction vibrations to interact with the motion sensors of the inner ear, quieting the faulty balance signals that cause dizziness. The head-worn OtoBand has been tested on hundreds of subjects, carries an FDA Breakthrough Device Designation, and is pursuing FDA clearance through the De Novo pathway.
Doug Levinson
Doug Levinson is the co-founder and CEO of Fount Bio, a Somerville, Massachusetts life science company building Flī-HA, a platform to deliver long-lasting hyaluronic acid into skin through topical application rather than injection. A serial life-sciences entrepreneur with a Harvard PhD in genetics, Levinson has spent roughly 25 years founding and running companies across diagnostics, aesthetics, and drug delivery, including Cytrellis Biosystems, T2 Biosystems, and YourBio Health, after early stints at Millennium Pharmaceuticals and TransForm Pharmaceuticals and a partner role at Flagship Ventures.

J. Gene Wang is a physician-scientist and the founder and CEO of Immetas Therapeutics, a biotech he co-founded in 2018 with Harvard's David Sinclair to attack the chronic, low-grade inflammation that drives aging and age-related cancers. Trained with an M.D. from Peking University and a Ph.D. in immunobiology from Yale, Wang spent roughly two decades inside Merck, Abbott, GSK, and Novartis, where he helped move blockbuster drugs like Humira, Gardasil, Zolinza, and Varubi from lab bench to patients. At Immetas he is engineering bispecific antibodies designed to retune inflammation inside the tumor microenvironment and break resistance to checkpoint immunotherapy, backed by an $11M Series A from Morningside Ventures.
