SolCyber is a Dallas-based managed security services provider that packages the tools, threat detection, and human-led response mid-market and enterprise companies need into a single subscription program. Founded in 2021 and incubated by ForgePoint Capital, it positions itself as a "modern MSSP" - consolidating endpoint, email, identity, SOC/SIEM, security awareness training, mobile protection, and even cyber insurance under one vendor and one contract, so customers don't have to assemble and manage a stack of point products themselves.

Lookout is a San Francisco-founded cybersecurity company focused on mobile endpoint security and threat intelligence for enterprises and government agencies. Built on one of the world's largest mobile security datasets - hundreds of millions of devices and apps - Lookout detects phishing, smishing, malicious apps, device compromise and social-engineering attacks that target the smartphones people use for work.
