Ian Rogoff
Ian Rogoff is the CEO and a board member of NevadaNano (Nevada Nanotech Systems), a Sparks, Nevada company building semiconductor-based gas sensors and IoT emissions-monitoring systems used by some of the world's largest industrial operators. A former Microsoft Consulting Services VP turned climate-tech operator and investor, he co-founded Sierra Nevada Partners and chairs New Energy Nexus (the California Clean Energy Fund). Under his leadership NevadaNano raised a $30M Series C in 2023 led by Honeywell Ventures and Emerson Ventures, and its MethaneTrack platform won Best Industrial and IIoT Solution at Sensors Converge 2026.
Krish Ramineni
Krish Ramineni is the co-founder and CEO of Fireflies.ai, the AI meeting assistant that quietly joins calls, transcribes them, and turns an hour of talk into a five-minute read. He left one of the youngest product manager roles at Microsoft to build it with college friend Sam Udotong, pivoting five or six times before landing on meetings. Today Fireflies serves 20M+ users across 500,000+ organizations - including most of the Fortune 500 - and reached unicorn status on roughly $19M raised while staying profitable. A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, he now also lectures at Stanford on building AI products.

Joe Zarrehparvar is the President and CEO of Fresche Solutions, a Montreal-based IT advisory and modernization company specializing in IBM i (AS/400) systems serving 22,000+ global clients. A 30-year technology veteran who built his career at Microsoft, Juniper Networks, and Wicresoft, Zarrehparvar took the helm at Fresche in May 2023 and has since driven a wave of AI-powered modernization tools, strategic partnerships with IBM, and a transition to subscription-based service models - all while championing a platform-neutral approach that lets clients modernize on their own terms.
