Mark Messina

Mark Messina is Managing Director and CEO of ANSCER Robotics Americas, the U.S. arm of a Bengaluru-based hybrid autonomous mobile robot company. With more than 25 years across engineering, manufacturing and operations, he helped build the modern warehouse-robot industry from the inside - joining Amazon during the Kiva Systems acquisition, later working on Amazon Prime Air drones, IoT at Mattel, and leading U.S. expansions for Geek+ and Addverb. He now runs ANSCER's Austin, Texas headquarters, championing a frugal, ROI-first approach to robotics and a Robots-as-a-Service model built to put automation within reach of small operators.

Vikas Enti

Vikas Enti is the co-founder and CEO of Reframe Systems, an Andover, Massachusetts startup using robotic microfactories to build net-zero, climate-resilient homes faster, cheaper, and with a fraction of the carbon of conventional construction. A veteran of Amazon Robotics, where he spent roughly a decade helping scale a fleet of more than half a million warehouse robots, Enti left logistics to point the same systems thinking at the housing crisis. He founded Reframe in 2022 with two former Amazon colleagues, raised a $20M Series A in 2025, and is deploying microfactories from Massachusetts to wildfire-hit Los Angeles.

Rylan Hamilton

Rylan Hamilton is the CEO and co-founder of Blue Water Autonomy, a Boston defense-tech company building large, software-defined, uncrewed ships for the U.S. Navy. A Navy surface warfare officer turned robotics entrepreneur, he was an early leader at Kiva Systems (acquired by Amazon for $775M) and co-founded the warehouse-robot maker 6 River Systems (sold to Shopify for $450M). Now he is taking the 'mobile robot' idea back to the ocean - aiming to be the Waymo of the open sea, with a $50M GV-led Series A and a first full-scale autonomous ship slated for the water in 2026.
