Founded in 2024 by physician-technologist Justin Norden and a team of former health-system executives and AI leaders, it helps systems move past pilots toward scaled, safe, measurable AI. The company has raised $155M to date, including a $125M Series B in March 2026, and serves more than 500,000 users across systems representing roughly 7% of U.S. hospital revenue.
