Leland Kass
Leland Kass is a New York based marketing executive and the Chief Marketing Officer of Lafayette 148 New York, the Brooklyn Navy Yard luxury womenswear house led by Deirdre Quinn. Kass built a career at the intersection of luxury retail and storytelling, with senior roles at Maria Tash, rag & bone, Saks Fifth Avenue and Conde Nast, plus an independent consulting practice, LKK Advisory. The through line is brand narrative, digital and e-commerce growth, and customer engagement for premium consumer brands.
Max Kauderer
Max Kauderer is the co-founder and CEO of Yuzu Health, a New York-based third-party administrator building an operating system for health insurance. After stints at LinkedIn, Capital One, and Bain & Company, he started Yuzu in 2022 with Russell Pekala and Ryan Lee to let small businesses spin up flexible, transparent health plans in days rather than months. Yuzu raised a $35M Series A in April 2026 led by General Catalyst and Chemistry, bringing total funding to about $40M.
Nihad Rahman
Nihad Rahman is the CEO of ezCater, the Boston-founded online marketplace that turns office lunch into logistics across 100,000+ restaurants. He joined in 2022 as CFO after two decades in finance at JPMorgan Chase and General Electric, stepped in as interim chief in January 2025, and was handed the permanent job that May - succeeding 16-year co-founder Stefania Mallett. He runs a roughly 850-person company from Bronxville, New York, commuting to the downtown Boston headquarters rather than the other way around.
