Alex Reibman is the Co-Founder and CEO of AgentOps (Agency), a San Francisco-based developer platform for building, testing, and monitoring AI agents. A 17-time hackathon champion with 10+ years of machine learning experience, he previously led ML engineering at Ernst & Young on $40M+ engagements for clients like Goldman Sachs and American Express, co-founded Menubites.ai (acquired by Snappr in 2023), and worked as a cybersecurity data scientist. AgentOps raised a $2.6M pre-seed in August 2024 and serves enterprise clients including Microsoft, Google, Samsung, and Meta. He studied Economics and Philosophy at Emory University and won the 2024 Emory Entrepreneur Award.

Vikas Aditya is the Chief Executive Officer of HackerEarth, an enterprise platform that has redefined how the world's largest companies find, assess, and hire technical talent. Appointed CEO in July 2024, Aditya brings decades of experience from Intel, Veridic Solutions, and his own startup QuikFynd to a company serving 500+ enterprise customers and a community of over 4 million developers globally. Under his leadership, HackerEarth launched OnScreen - an always-on AI interview tool using lifelike avatars - and is pushing the industry toward evaluating aptitude over syntax as AI reshapes software engineering.
Yasin Ehsan is a New York-bred software engineer turned edtech founder and venture scout. After winning 13 hackathons, landing a job at Capital One the week he graduated, and filing two AWS patents on the Eno chatbot, he co-founded Headstarter - an edtech platform that has helped generate 60+ six-figure job offers for undergrads. In 2025, he joined Andreessen Horowitz's Speedrun accelerator as a scout, bridging the gap between emerging technical talent and Silicon Valley capital.
