Greptile is an AI code review company that builds agents which read a pull request against the full context of a codebase - not just the diff. It indexes a repository into a graph of files, functions and dependencies, then runs parallel agents to catch bugs, anti-patterns and security risks, leaving inline comments and PR summaries. Founded in 2023 by three Georgia Tech alumni and backed by Y Combinator, Initialized Capital and Benchmark, Greptile has reviewed over a billion lines of code for teams including Brex, Substack and Retool.
