Ning Zhang is the founder and CEO of Gloco.ai, the AI-era evolution of Flatfee, a managed marketplace that lets small and mid-sized businesses handle the legal, accounting, HR, and logistics paperwork of going global for predictable flat fees. A former cross-border lawyer with 15-plus years at firms including Jones Day, White & Case, and CKR Law, she left big-law billing behind to build software that does the unglamorous back-office legwork of international expansion for the smallest companies. Trained in journalism at Fudan and law at Georgetown, she now turns the friction of operating across borders into something an e-commerce seller can buy off a menu.
Rocky Collis
Rocky Collis is the co-founder and CEO of Mustard, a sports technology company that uses computer vision and AI to put world-class coaching in a phone. A former Cornell pitcher drafted by the Seattle Mariners, he detoured through Georgetown Law and big-firm litigation before teaming up with legendary throwing coach Dr. Tom House, mental-performance coach Jason Goldsmith, and his brother Luke to build an app that gives any kid the kind of mechanics analysis once reserved for Tom Brady and Nolan Ryan. Mustard has raised roughly $5.45M-$6M from backers including Mark Cuban, Ronnie Lott, and Justin Rose, and has expanded from pitching into golf through a partnership with Golf Digest.
Silvia Mahan
Silvia Scandar Mahan is the President and CEO of Cristo Rey San José Jesuit High School, a Catholic college-preparatory institution in San Jose's East Side that integrates professional work experience into its curriculum for students from underserved communities. A Harvard economics graduate and Georgetown Law alumna, she came to education through a winding path that took her from Skadden Arps to e-commerce entrepreneurship to social impact filmmaking, before finding her calling advocating for educational equity. Named a 2022 Silicon Valley Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree and Woman of Influence, she leads a school where 98% of students enroll in college and 100+ corporate partners — from Cisco to NVIDIA to Kaiser Permanente — employ students one day per week to fund up to 50% of their tuition.
