Nixo is an operations platform built for forward deployed engineers (FDEs) - the people who embed with customers to make software actually work in production. It pulls context from Slack, GitHub, Linear, and CRMs and reorganizes it around real FDE work, so teams can scope customer problems faster, reuse past code and fixes, and see workload across every account. Founded in 2025 by Stanford classmates Priya Khandelwal and Priti Rangnekar, Nixo went through Y Combinator's Summer 2025 batch.
Code Climate is a New York-based software engineering intelligence company founded in 2011. It began with automated code review and quality analysis, grew into Velocity - an analytics platform that gives engineering leaders visibility into delivery, DORA metrics and team health - and has since repositioned around helping enterprise leaders measure and manage AI-native engineering transformation, pairing a data platform with Forward Deployed Engineers.
Quantum Rise is a Chicago-based AI transformation company founded in 2024 by serial entrepreneur Alex Kelleher. It sells what it calls 'Consulting 2.0' - a products-not-projects model that pairs an enterprise AI operating system (QR/OS), a repeatable methodology, and forward-deployed experts to help mid-market and enterprise clients turn AI into measurable revenue and cost savings. Backed by a $15M seed round from Erie Street Growth Partners, the company argues the traditional billable-hours consulting model is about to collapse under automation, and it aims to fill the gap between the Big Four giants and smaller boutique shops.
serviceMob is an Irvine, California enterprise software company that calls itself the Answer Engine for Customer Service and Support. Born as an academic project at MIT, it unifies the scattered 'dark data' of the service journey - CRM, contact center, workforce management, and ticketing systems - into a single behavioral data ontology it calls Ontolytics. Instead of reporting traditional KPIs like average handle time and CSAT, the platform models each customer experience as structured data to find and prevent the root causes of repeat contacts. Delivered by embedded Forward Deployed Engineers, serviceMob says it has driven more than $75M in client savings and eliminated hundreds of thousands of repeat contacts.
