Joanne Kotz
Joanne Kotz is a chemist-turned-biotech-CEO who runs Atalanta Therapeutics, a Boston company using divalent siRNA to silence disease-causing genes throughout the brain and spinal cord. She took the top job in June 2025 after co-founding and leading Jnana Therapeutics from a blank slate to a roughly $1 billion acquisition by Otsuka. Before founding companies she helped build them from the science up, as a director at the Broad Institute, a leader of F-Prime's neurodegeneration initiative, and the founding editor of Nature Chemical Biology. Her career runs an unusual loop: bench scientist, science journal editor, partnership architect, founder, and now CEO of a company chasing some of the hardest diseases in the central nervous system.
Meena Mallipeddi
Meena Mallipeddi is the co-founder and CEO of AmplifyMD, an EHR-integrated, multi-specialty virtual care platform and national physician network that helps hospitals close specialist coverage gaps. Raised in a family of doctors and trained as a Stanford honors grad, Cambridge Gates Scholar, and a 15-year technology and healthcare equity investor, she left the markets to build the company alongside her husband and co-founder, Anand Nathan. Since founding in 2019, AmplifyMD has grown to 300+ programs across 150+ clinical sites, a network of nearly 300 physicians, and 15+ specialties, raising $43M total including a $20M Series B in 2025 led by Forerunner Ventures.

Steve Schultz is a General Partner at Diagram, a Montreal-based venture builder and fund focused on fintech, web3, and climate tech. With over two decades of experience spanning product management, startup operations, and venture investing, he has navigated every stage of the financial technology stack - from building Yahoo! Finance's product strategy to steering Check (a mobile payments startup) through a $360M acquisition by Intuit, to leading Amazon Web Services' landmark partnership with Y Combinator. Now based in Menlo Park, California, he anchors Diagram's US presence and brings a rare combination of operator instincts and investor pattern-recognition to early-stage founders.
