Jopari Solutions is a Concord, California health information technology company that electronifies the medical claim lifecycle - bills, attachments, remittances and payments - for the property and casualty, workers' compensation, auto medical and group health insurance markets. Founded in 2003 by Steve Stevens, Jopari runs a connectivity network linking more than 5,000 insurance payers with roughly 1.5 million providers, replacing paper-based claim processing with straight-through electronic transactions. In April 2026 it was acquired by Office Ally, a New Mountain- and Francisco Partners-backed clearinghouse, from growth-equity firm WestView Capital Partners.
