Droit
Droit is a New York-based computational law and regulation technology firm founded in 2012 by Brock Arnason and Satya Pemmaraju. Its patented Adept platform translates dense regulatory text into precise, executable logic, embedding compliance directly into the trading workflow so banks can evaluate the permissibility of a transaction in real time - before and after the trade. Used by some of the world's largest financial institutions for pre-trade and post-trade decision-making, eligibility, reporting and auditability, Droit processes tens of millions of inquiries daily. In March 2026 it was acquired by FIS, folding computational compliance into the core of capital markets infrastructure.
