Through a managed marketplace of vetted local vendors, it bundles company formation, trademark and IP registration, bookkeeping, tax and VAT compliance, payroll, HR and e-commerce store setup across 58+ countries into one flat-fee platform. Founded by former international lawyer Ning Zhang, it targets e-commerce sellers, startups and entrepreneurs who need to operate cross-border in compliance without the usual translation, engagement and referral headaches.
