Sami Nassar
Sami Nassar is the Founder, President and Co-CEO of SecEdge, a digital security SaaS platform securing IoT and edge devices from chip to cloud. A semiconductor and cybersecurity veteran, he helped introduce the SIM card into GSM cellular networks in the 1990s, built one of the first cell-phone location-based services companies in the 2000s, and led digital security business lines at NXP Semiconductors and Renesas. He is a founding and board member of the FIDO Alliance and has advised the National Cyber Security Alliance and the EastWest Institute.

Formed in 2023 by carving Privafy's IoT business out and acquiring embedded-security pioneer Sequitur Labs, the company packages hard problems - device identity, secure boot, key management, over-the-air updates and secure connectivity - into software products like the EmSPARK Security Suite, the EmPOWER lifecycle-management SaaS and SEC-TPM, a firmware TPM built in Arm TrustZone. Led by semiconductor and digital-security veteran Sami Nassar and chairman Rick Clemmer, SecEdge aims to make chip-to-cloud security something device makers can adopt off the shelf rather than build from scratch.

TAO Digital Solutions is a Santa Clara, California-based IT services and consulting firm founded in 2022 by serial entrepreneur Rajkumar (Raj) Velagapudi. It helps enterprises with product engineering, managed services, cybersecurity, payment solutions, cloud, data and AI-driven transformation. Backed by a 2024 growth investment from Vesper Company, TAO has scaled to roughly 3,000-3,650 professionals across offices in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa, and has pursued aggressive M&A to deepen capabilities in medtech, automotive and life sciences.
