Taazaa’s Bet: The Best Software Partner Is the One That Makes Risk Boring
Taazaa built a 400-plus-person software business by taking on the work that internal teams postpone: brittle systems, scattered data and promising ideas that cannot survive production. Its playbook is refreshingly practical - start narrow, prove the economics and earn the right to expand.
Luminai
Luminai is an AI-native workflow automation platform built for the back office of American healthcare. It turns messy, unstructured inputs - faxes, chart notes, insurance forms - into structured data and then runs full administrative workflows like referral intake, patient registration, and denial appeals end to end, with a human in the loop and HIPAA/SOC 2 controls baked in. Founded in 2019 by Kesava Kirupa Dinakaran and Dmitry Dolgopolov, the company started life as customer-support RPA tool DigitalBrain, pivoted entirely into healthcare, and raised a $38M Series B in April 2026 led by Peak XV Partners, with Cleveland Clinic as a flagship partner.
