Bellurbis builds the bits between

A video call is easy to picture. The patient queue, medical record and billing system around it are where Bellurbis makes its case.

A patient arrives at a primary health centre. Before a distant doctor can help, someone must register the patient, record symptoms, collect vital signs and put the case in the right queue. After the call, a prescription must reach the patient. Somewhere, a record must survive. The camera is the visible part of telemedicine. The rest is a small administrative civilization.

That is a useful place to meet Bellurbis. The software development and consulting group works across healthcare, finance, government and other industries. Its catalogue includes AI, blockchain and mobile applications. But look closely at its published projects and a more practical theme appears: connecting the steps that organizations struggle to keep together.

THE QUICK READ
  • Custom software, consulting and reusable products sit under one roof.
  • Healthcare and lending projects reveal its focus on operational handoffs.
  • Its useful buyer test: can the supplier explain what happens before and after the screen?

The consultation begins before the call

Bellurbis describes a teleconsultation deployment supporting 652 primary health centres in Madhya Pradesh. Its government-sector page reports more than 4.8 million consultations; the homepage gives a total above five million. These are company-reported activity counts. They describe usage, rather than proving a particular improvement in patient health.

The detailed TeleHealth case study is more revealing than the headline number. A technician registers a patient and the system generates an identifier. A local clinician enters symptoms, vital signs and medical history, then refers the case. The remote doctor sees the information on a dashboard and can prescribe tests or medicine after consultation.

Then come the supporting roles: an administrator manages assignments, reporting tools track activity, and billing handles different participants. The platform also describes medical-device integration and doctor-to-doctor consultations. This is software for several people with different responsibilities. Treating it as a video app would miss most of the job.

A dorm room, then a wider map

Bellurbis says Anurag Gupta started the business from a dorm room in 2010, initially handling engineering and support himself. Its leadership page names Gupta and Rohit Bansal as global co-founders and describes Bansal as CEO. The company’s LinkedIn profile lists 2011 as its founding year. The origin story and the corporate profile differ by a year.

LinkedIn places headquarters in Austin and lists locations in Gurgaon, Indore, Zurich and Australia. It also reports more than 500 projects for over 150 clients across the USA, Europe, Australia and India. Those totals suggest a business built through repeated assignments, rather than one application spreading from customer to customer.

The international footprint has a concrete Swiss chapter. Bellurbis Schweiz GmbH entered the commercial register in July 2021. Founding shareholders included the Indian Bellurbis company and Pappy GmbH. A February 2025 notification records the Indian company becoming the sole shareholder. The relationship began with more than a pin on a map.

The same problem, wearing a different uniform

Consider lending. In a testimonial published by Bellurbis, Aavas Financiers describes work connecting lead generation to loan origination: consolidating incoming leads, digitizing management and simplifying credit decisions. The underlying problem resembles the consultation queue. Information enters in different places; somebody needs enough of it to make the next decision.

Bellurbis’s finance portfolio also describes an auditing platform that reads multiple data formats, performs calculations and coordinates approvals. Another project moved Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. These assignments put the company in the market for implementation and integration, where fitting existing processes matters alongside writing new code.

Login screen published in Bellurbis’s TeleHealth software case study
The quiet door to a busy system. Bellurbis’s published telehealth login screen offers few clues to the queues, records and billing behind it.

Healthcare work stretches beyond consultations. Bellurbis describes hospital information systems, a mental-wellness platform and a senior-focused Android app with large fonts, a simplified dial pad and emergency-call options. The details matter: an interface built for an older user poses different questions from a dashboard built for an administrator.

“We value their reliability, on-time project delivery, and clear communication.”Robert Huber, Pappy GmbH
In a testimonial published by Bellurbis

Huber’s testimonial describes a 13-year relationship involving speech therapy applications. Tak Biosuisse supplies another specific reference, crediting Bellurbis with developing HTA Compass. Bellurbis’s biopharma page describes that platform as supporting health technology assessment readiness for smaller pharmaceutical and biotech organizations. Here, the work surrounds evidence, submissions and market-access planning.

Services pay for the particular. Products repeat it.

Bellurbis’s Swiss site explicitly separates services from products. It offers resource augmentation and technology collaboration, alongside complete or white-label offerings. A buyer can engage a development team or start with something already built. That makes Bellurbis a hybrid of software supplier and delivery partner.

ZOEI ESG is the clearest product example. The sustainability platform centralizes environmental, social and governance data and supports reporting, carbon management and analysis. Its appeal is recognizable from the other projects: collect scattered information, give it structure, and make it usable by the next person in the chain.

The Data + AI business packages that approach further. Its advertised Data Foundation Accelerator combines cloud migration and governance at a fixed fee, with an optional managed service. Its AI Insight Accelerator promises a copilot and two predictive models within 90 days on a subscription basis. The delivery timetable is a supplier promise, not an independently established result.

Start with the handoff

For a buyer, the interesting comparison is between custom development, a specialist product and an internal team. Bellurbis offers breadth across applications and infrastructure. A narrow, well-defined requirement may suit an existing product; a process spanning several systems creates a stronger case for integration work.

The lesson to copy is simple enough to use tomorrow: follow one case from arrival to completion. Identify who enters information, who checks it, who decides and who receives the result. Give each handoff an owner. This is an inference from Bellurbis’s project descriptions, and a useful way to inspect any software proposal.

The conditions matter. A connected workflow depends on usable records, available staff and agreed responsibilities. Software cannot assign institutional accountability by itself. Before commissioning the build, ask to see the awkward transitions. The patient has arrived. What happens next?
