The grain trade still runs on phone calls and spreadsheets. Agro.Club put farmers, buyers and input suppliers on one screen - and wired the money into it.

Grain has been bought and sold for as long as there have been cities to feed. What has barely changed is how the deal gets done: a phone call, a handshake, a fax, a spreadsheet reconciled days later. Agro.Club, a New York-based agri-tech company founded in 2018, looked at that friction and built a full-stack B2B marketplace to replace it - a single digital ecosystem where farmers, crop buyers, food companies and input suppliers all transact from the same place.
The platform is not a listings board bolted onto the side of the industry. It handles crop marketing and origination, logistics, real-time market data, and the contracts themselves - cash, basis, FOB or delivered, and firm-offer deals. On the farmer's side, the pitch is blunt and measurable: nine out of ten times, the best grain bid for a given location, whether picked up or delivered.
Then Agro.Club did the thing most marketplaces only talk about. It wired money movement directly into the trade - factoring, invoice financing and credit built into the deal flow, so cash can move as fast as the crop. That combination, a working marketplace plus embedded finance, is the company's whole thesis.
We found this very efficient go-to-market model where our platform is basically country-agnostic. We can launch in any market globally.
Full-stack B2B trading with cash, basis, FOB/delivered and firm-offer contracts, plus matching that surfaces the best bid for a location.
Commercial-effectiveness tools that let grain and input companies run origination and marketing campaigns at scale.
Freight coordination alongside real-time charts, market data and analytics to price and move crops with confidence.
A digital storefront for seeds, crop inputs and animal nutrition, connecting manufacturers and retailers directly with farmers.
Factoring, invoice financing and credit built into the trading workflow so payment keeps pace with delivery.
Crop marketing, input sales and community/marketing services - the structure the whole business is organized around.
Agro.Club is a platform business with three revenue surfaces. Transaction activity flows through the marketplace; multinational grain and input companies pay for SaaS-style commercial-effectiveness tools; and embedded financial services layer credit and factoring onto deals. The three reinforce each other - more trade generates more financing demand, and better tools bring more trade.
What separates it from a plain listings site is the full-stack approach. Rivals like Bushel, Indigo Agriculture and Farmers Business Network each occupy parts of this landscape; Agro.Club's bet is that owning marketing, logistics, contracts and finance together is worth more than any one slice. The team's edge is credibility on both sides of the trade: founder Egor Kirin came up through Monsanto and EuroChem, and that agribusiness fluency is paired with product and engineering talent drawn from consumer tech.
The "country-agnostic" design is the other differentiator. Because the platform was built to launch without a ground-up rebuild each time, Agro.Club expanded across Europe, North America and - in 2022 - Brazil, one of the world's largest crop exporters, on the same core system.
