You can hold a cabin free for 24 hours - the digital equivalent of leaving something in your cart - and pay in installments through a plan called Flex Pay. Book up to five cabins at once. Earn up to $1,000 per cabin back in Cruisebound Cash. None of it is glamorous. All of it removes a reason to pick up the phone.

And here is the quietly radical part: about 83% of Cruisebound's bookings finish without an agent ever getting involved. An AI assistant resolves roughly 42% of the support requests that do come in. The humans - and there are real cruise experts on staff - exist for the genuinely complicated trips, not to read prices off a screen.
