After Five Hill Capital acquired the business in 2020, owner and CEO Jean Matacunas expanded its digital and creative offering, acquired a majority interest in Meridian Group in 2023, and combined the two agencies as Qantm Creative in 2024. Its most useful lesson is not about media buying or logos, but integration: involve the staff, learn how people communicate, move at a pace that protects talent, and be willing to retire a familiar name when the combined company has outgrown it.
