> Verloop.io is a customer support automation platform founded in Bengaluru in 2015 by Gaurav Singh and Piyush Mishra. It grew out of a concierge startup where the team was automating its own chat operations, then turned that into a product used by more than 5,000 brands across voice, chat and messaging in 80+ languages. After raising about $15.3M, the company was acquired by Nurix AI in July 2026.
