- **Shared Lab** — Dedicated benches with shared scientific equipment, BSL-1 space, BSL-2 cell culture facilities, cold storage, maintenance and office amenities at Main Campus.
- **Private laboratories** — Furnished laboratory environments with core infrastructure; companies provide their own scientific instruments. Custom build-outs are also offered.
- **Coworking and private offices** — Serviced desks, private offices, meeting spaces and community support across three campuses.
- **ALLabs** — Pre-equipped private labs of 25 or 40 square metres, planned to open in January 2027 in the ALL building; reservations are advertised.
- **Community and ecosystem access** — Resident introductions, networking events and access to the surrounding Basel Area support ecosystem, including separate accelerator programs.

- Resident T3 Pharma was acquired by Boehringer Ingelheim in November 2023 for up to CHF 450 million; this was a resident transaction, not park funding.

## Latest updates

- **2025-04** — Dufourstrasse coworking operations ended; Novartis Campus remained the sole Basel-Stadt site.
- **2025-06** — HORTUS opened, adding office space and a park-managed coworking area.
- **2025-12** — 137 companies were resident across the three sites; direct Allschwil space occupancy was 88%, Novartis Campus 62% and Jura about 60%.
- **2026-10** — At the research date, ALLabs reservations were advertised for a planned January 2027 opening. This is an announced future service.
