# ScaleOps

> ScaleOps sells enterprise software that continuously adjusts Kubernetes CPU, memory, replicas and node allocation, with a GPU platform for AI workloads. It combines production automation, cost visibility and troubleshooting, with self-hosted and air-gapped deployment options.

- **Founded:** 2022
- **Headquarters:** New York, United States; Tel Aviv, Israel
- **Founders:** Yodar Shafrir (Co-founder and CEO), Guy Baron (Co-founder; CTO at the November 2024 funding announcement)
- **Products:** Core Platform, GPU Platform / AI Infra, AI SRE Agent, ScaleOps MCP, Self-hosted and air-gapped deployment
- **Notable:** Roku case study reports 32% lower allocated vCPU at approximately 20% automation coverage across 110+ clusters., Adobe case study reports 38% lower compute costs across 500+ production EKS clusters., Announced a $130 million Series C in March 2026.
