> PandaDoc is a document-automation platform that lets sales and revenue teams build, send, e-sign and track proposals, quotes and contracts without leaving the tools they already use. Founded by Belarusian engineers Mikita Mikado and Sergey Barysiuk, it grew out of a quoting tool called Quote Roller, reached a $1 billion valuation in 2021, and serves more than 30,000 paying customers across 130-plus countries. It plugs directly into CRMs including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Freshworks, so the contract lives where the deal already does.
