# Lineage and Pallet AI logistics automation

> Lineage, the world’s largest temperature-controlled warehouse network, uses three purpose-built Pallet agents to automate roughly 2 million annual workflows across inbound receiving, freight forwarding and warehouse order management. The deployment reached production in 49 days, cut forwarding order entry from 15 minutes to 2, and achieves workflow-specific accuracy ranging from 95% on ambiguous WMS item resolution to nearly 100% on unambiguous orders. The result is a logistics operation whose administrative costs no longer have to grow in lockstep with shipment volume, with more than 3 million Pallet-processed shipments expected in 2026.
