> Offcall is a San Francisco financial and career platform built by and for physicians. Founded by Jake Horowitz and emergency physician Dr. Graham Walker (creator of MDCalc), it gives doctors free access to a verified database of compensation, call schedules, benefits and workplace culture data, plus financial resources and a peer community. The goal is to combat physician burnout by giving doctors the 'financial vital signs' they need to navigate their careers. It launched in December 2024 with $2 million in seed funding.
