# NEXT Motors

> NEXT Motors is an Alicante-based two-wheeler maker founded in 2017 by a team of Moto3 racing engineers and a finance-trained CEO. It builds 125cc-class electric motorcycles and scooters - the flagship NX2 tops out at 130 km/h with roughly 200 km of range - and sells them direct-to-consumer across Europe alongside a dealer and fleet network. In 2025 it did something most EV purists would never: it added gasoline versions of the same models, betting that letting riders choose the propulsion beats forcing them into one.
