# Luxe

> Luxe was a San Francisco mobile valet service founded by Curtis Lee and Craig Martin in 2013. From its 2014 launch, drivers could hand a car to a dispatched valet, have it parked in a partner garage and request its return by app, with fuel, washing and other services available. After raising $75.5 million and expanding across U.S. cities, Luxe ended its door-to-door valet service in 2017. Volvo Cars bought its technology, platform and key staff that September; its intellectual property later helped power Volvo Valet.
