# Immersv

> Immersv was an Emeryville advertising technology company that sold and served interactive 360-degree and virtual-reality ads. It began with VR app-install campaigns, then connected advertisers, publishers and programmatic buyers across mobile 360 and VR inventory. Its 2017 Mountain Dew campaign and $10.5 million Series A show both the appeal of immersive ads and the practical need to reach people on phones as headset adoption lagged forecasts.
