> Document360 is Kovai.co’s bootstrapped knowledge-base and documentation platform. Conceived after founder Saravana Kumar struggled to document another Kovai.co product, it emerged from a carefully planned 14-working-day hackathon in December 2017 and developed into software for public and private knowledge bases, product documentation, SOPs, API references, analytics, localization and AI-assisted search and writing. Kovai.co reported that Document360 crossed $10 million in annual recurring revenue in November 2025, while the product now competes in a crowded market that ranges from general workspaces such as Notion to specialist documentation tools including ReadMe and ClickHelp and enterprise knowledge platforms from Zoho and eGain.
