Formed in 2023 by the merger of OLE Health and CommuniCare Health Centers - two organizations that both opened their doors in 1972 - it delivers comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, substance use, nutrition, optometry, and pharmacy care to more than 70,000 patients across 17 sites, regardless of insurance status, immigration status, or ability to pay.
