# Commsor

> Commsor was a New York startup founded in 2019 by Mac Reddin and Jacob Peters that tried to make community a measurable business function. It built a 'Community Operating System', gathered thousands of community professionals into The Community Club, raised about $66M, then pivoted to 'Go-to-Network' - software that maps a company's collective relationships and surfaces who can make a warm introduction to a target account. In early 2025 the relationship-data company The Swarm acquired Commsor, wound down its products, and folded the best features and remaining capital into its own platform.
