> Chative.IO is an omnichannel customer messaging platform built for e-commerce and small teams. It pulls Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat and Shopify orders into one inbox, then layers AI agents on top so bots and humans can answer questions and sell without switching tabs. The product grew out of BotStar, a low-code chatbot builder started in Da Nang, Vietnam in 2017.
