# Auradine

> Auradine began as a richly funded Santa Clara infrastructure startup, turned a pitch deck into a US-designed family of Bitcoin miners, and sold operators on an unusual promise: computing equipment that could behave like a good citizen of the power grid. Its Teraflux systems, FluxVision management layer, open APIs and EnergyTune controls reached more than 40 large mining operators before the company widened into AI networking and, in March 2026, became Velaura AI. The name changed because the bottleneck changed. Bitcoin mining economics softened; AI's appetite for electricity became the larger prize. Auradine's transferable asset was not the coin it mined but its command of low-power silicon, cooling and whole-system engineering.
